Newbie problem - -m flag not working [message #1859815]

I just installed mosquitto MWTT from the official web on Windows 10. According to the guides I looked I opened 2 cmd terminals.
On the first I typed: mosquitto_sub.exe -t "test" . The machine is waiting.

On the 2nd; mosquitto_sub.exe -h localhost -t "TEST" -m "Hello World"

The response was:
Error: Unknown option '-m'.
Use 'mosquitto_sub --help' to see usage.

When I tried the --help: I noticed no -m flag was available.

What am I doing wrong?

The second command is mosquitto_pub.exe, not mosquitto_sub.exe
