We recently migrated to Eclipse version 202206 and run our build and test env with that version. However, we are running into this issue where the RemoteTestRunnerClient fails to start.

Did anyone run into this same issue or knows how to fix it?

We were able to get a free port to use by the PDE but for some reason it cannot establish a connection.
