have you loaded the target platform and set as active target platform as discribed in our documentation?

No we provide a target definition file. As described in the documentation you need to load it and set it as the target platform to use.

Yes. this is the page. Any reasons why you modified it? The provided version should work out of the box. At least it does for most sofar.
