Trouble validating XML against XSD [message #1838770]

I can't get an XML file that I'm working on to validate against its XSD (which I have also written). Different validators give different errors, but the most common is "Could not find schema information for the element 'https://www.w3schools.com:exams". Can someone suggest what I'm doing wrong?
