Hello,

unfortunately the time format of the recent file changes are indicated in
the local history view of Eclipse 3.4.2 in a time format using AM and PM.
Is it possible to change/configure this time format of the local history, e.
g. to the ISO 8601 time format HH:mm (e. g. 14:00 instead of 02:00 pm); if
yes, how/where?

Which view/dialog exactly? The ones I know use the OS time format (and
that's where you can change it).

Its the local history view (Team/History) - as described.

Definitely no - I use a German Windows XP and there the time formats are
different, i. e. without am and pm.

Don't say "definitely no". If you know how it works why do you need to
ask here? ;-)

The time in the History view is correct (same as in OS) on my machine.
Maybe you pass a different language/local/timezone when starting Eclipse
or you use -nl <something>.

Anyway, if your machine is correctly setup and you don't change the
command line arguments then the time should be like in your OS. If not,
please file a bug report.

Correct - I start Eclipse with EN -nl option. The reason is that the English
version is standard and international; most documentations and FAQ's are in
English, so it's easier to find some subjects.
Nevertheless it would be advantageous to enable configuring/adapting the
datetime format settings.
