This position requires:

* Must have RCP - Rich Client Platform Experience
• Strong Java programming skills
• Linux / Unix proficiency
• Java multithreading and concurrency analysis and development skills
• Java profiling and performance analysis experience
• Version control proficiency
• Eclipse IDE proficiency
• Familiarity with Java thick client applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills
The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, will make recommendations of new technologies, and will successfully implement those new technologies to advance products and solutions within the railroad industry.
