Just a remark re. the AJDT User Guide (website
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/indextech.cgi/~checkout~/org. eclipse.ajdt/plugins/org.eclipse.ajdt/doc/AJDTug/ajdt-doc.ht m?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/html)
chapter "Using the visualizer"
( http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/indextech.cgi/~checkout~/org. eclipse.a
jdt/plugins/org.eclipse.ajdt/doc/AJDTug/ajdt-vis.html):

You may want to mention here, that by default (at least on my
installation) the visualizer does NOT show the Aspect Visualizer and
the Aspect Visualizer Menu. I had to explicitly enable (Window => Show
View => ...) these two views to obtain the display as shown in the
help (i.e. initially I only had the left hand Projects and Packages
views and nothing else and was thus a bit confused what to expect or
see here and whether my installation went ok).

This was with AspectJ 1.1.4 on Rational XDE (based on Eclipse 2.0.2 on
which - according to the installation chapter this should also run -
at least the installation chapter reads "... but AJDT should also work
with Eclipse 2.0.x.".
