    Eclipse Awards
    Each year the Eclipse Foundation gives out Community Awards to honour individuals, projects and technologies that make Eclipse a vibrant community. The call for nominations in 9 categories is now open.

    All nominations are due by January 28, 2011. Winners will be announced in a ceremony at EclipseCon in March.

    Run for the Eclipse Board of Directors

    Nominations for the Eclipse Foundation Board of Directors are open until January 28, 2011. There are to be 3 elected committer representatives and 3 elected solutions member representatives.

    Join Eclipse Mobile Plugin-Fest

    Eclipse is holding a two-day workshop February 23-24 in Mountain View, CA to test interoperability and compatibility between Eclipse-based plugins and products. Organizations that produce or use Eclipse-based solutions for mobile developers will have the chance for 1 on 1 testing sessions with other participants.

    Eclipse members now have more opportunities to promote their commercial offerings to the Eclipse user community. You can purchase a promoted download link on the Eclipse download page, a promoted solution in the Marketplace Client or an ad on the eclipse.org homepage and download page.
