WTP 3.11

Status as of 2018-09-19

WTP 3.11 was officially released on September 19, 2018. WTP 3.11 is part of Eclipse SimRel 2018-09, the first of the now regular quarterly releases. Users of Eclipse should use the SimRel Update Site, http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2018-09/, to install WTP 3.11. The next release, WTP 3.12, will be part of the simultaneous release in December.
