Shortcuts for run and debug OSGi framework partly removed since 3.3.2 - accidental? [message #327812]

For consistency, either the remaining shortcut should be removed or the
removed one should be added again.

Is this a regression issue that I shall report in bugzilla? And if so,
to which component shall I report it (equinox, jdt)?
