It seems that there are a number of people interested in contributing to
various parts of Equinox. This great! In an effort to better understand
the directions and coordinate efforts we have set up a conference call.

The agenda for the call is as follows:
- Brief introduction of participants - all
- Context setting for Equinox - Jeff
- Proposed work areas/items - Pascal
- Discussion

As you can see the topics we do not intend to go into the design details of
any one area but rather get a common understanding of the problems at hand.

What you need to do:
=================
1) reply to this message with a set of concrete work items/areas that you
think are missing from the web
    see
 http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/indextech.cgi/~checkout~/equi nox-home/index.h
tml

2) Call one of numbers below at the appointed hour.
    Date: Tuesday, April 8
    Time: 11:00 - 12:00 EDT
    Numbers: 1 877 211 8011 or 1 613 565 2160
    Passcode: 5432636

I understand that this was short notice. I was being optimistic. As you
can appreciate, scheduling N disparate groups of people across at least 9
hours of timezone is a challenge. In the absence of shared calendaring or
other availability info we just have to pick a time. I suspect we will
never get all parties available at the same time.

Having said that, and as this is our first call, it would be good to have as
many people as possible together. So, the call is moved to:

     Date: Thursday, April 10
     Time: 11:00 - 12:00 EDT
     Numbers: 1 877 211 8011 or 1 613 565 2160
     Passcode: 5432636

I hope that works for a maximum number of people. As the need arises we may
set up a regular call time.

Not bad. How many were able to make the call? I would have been had I not
went to bed at 4am PST!
