This is the error message.

Here is the log of what it told me.

You are probably behind a corporate firewall which is adding packets to the http traffic using a certificate that is not in the installer's embedded JRE's cacerts.

it might work if you ran the the *.exe with "-vmargs -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStoreType=Windows-ROOT" from a command line.

It would be helpful to know if that actually works.

Or you can download a package

But that package will have the same network problem so you will not be able to update it or install new things into it...
