Licensing of particular elements of nebula [message #1756457]

Dear Eclipse Foundation, Dear Forums,

i've a question regarding licenses of serveral plugins in the nebula project. The decision which has to be made is wether to redistribute specific nebula plugins or not.

Within the readme i have found following statement:

"IT IS YOUR OBLIGATION TO READ AND ACCEPT ALL SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO USE OF THE CONTENT. If no About, Feature License, or Feature Update License is provided, please
contact the Eclipse Foundation to determine what terms and conditions govern that particular Content."

Within following plugins there are no licenses enclosed:

org.eclipse.nebula.cwt_1.0.0.201605312033.jar
org.eclipse.nebula.widgets.cdatetime_1.0.0.201605312033.jar
org.eclipse.nebula.widgets.grid_1.0.0.201605312033

Under which licenses are the plugins above licensed?

The missing about.html looks like a build/releng issue. A quick sampling of the individual java files show they have the correct EPL license. The about.html and such should be included as specified in https://www.eclipse.org/legal/guidetolegaldoc2.php.

I have raised a bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=513919 to track their addition.

Thanks Guys,

I fixed a bunch of plugins [1] by adding about.html to the plugin if not already there and added the file to the build.properties so that they are included in the binary.
