Hi,
Recently, I was trying to find replacement to Dev-C++, and I found CDT.
However, when I tried to build a simple "Hello world" program, "build
project" and "rebuild project" selection are both in unselectable
condition!
Following is the detail of my environment, please help!
Managed make C++ project
Windows XP
MinGW C++ package is installed
GNU make is installed

If project is unselected, build and rebuild are being unselectable.
If you want to rebuild project, The best way is right click on project
name, and choosing `Rebuild`.

You should probably take a look at the online tutorial, too. These menu
items are greyed out if the "autobuild" fetautre is enabled.
