Hi,
I understand that WTP M4 does not require additional downloads for web
service development as the libraries are already included. I have installed
all prerequisites and wtp-1.0M4.zip but when I checked the plugins folder I
could not find soap.jar, mail.jar or activation.jar which had been required
previosly. Is this correct?

Also, is WTP M4 a replacement for lomboz?

Thanks,
Neal

Hi Neal,

That's correct. All the required libraries are now included in the WTP M4
download.

I believe you can find Lomboz specific information from ObjectWeb at
http://www.objectweb.org/.

Neal,

Everything you need is in there download.
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/S-1.0M4 -200504292037/

An easier (but larger) installation is the preconfigured full install:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/webtools /downloads/drops/S-1.0M4-200504292037/wtp-eclipse-emf-gef-je m-sdk-1.0M4.zip

WTP is not a replacement for Lomboz, new Lomboz is also built on WTP.
However, you do not need Lomboz to use WTP.

If you want to find more about lomboz, visit:
http://lomboz.objectweb.org
