Kura installation blocking Tomcat [message #1608194]

I installed tomcat in a Raspberry pi on port 8080 and being able to access the server remotely but now after installing KURA i cannot able to access it remotely ,even after i changed the port number for tomcat to 8082.What might be the problem ,why is kura blocking tomcat

Hello,

If you are using the Kura installation that includes services for managing your network configuration, you will need to open the port through the Kura web management UI. Kura will block all ports except those needed by Kura. To open the port:

1. Open the web UI: http://<rpi_ip_address>
2. Click on 'Firewall' tab
3. Click 'New' and add the TCP port you need (8080 or 8082)
