Hi, All

I am asking for help in my Eclipse 3.1 JDT.

I am using Eclipse in SUSE Linux. When I pressed ctrl-space for calling
templates function, seemed it doesn't work. Then I realized it may because
the shortcut ctrl-space conflicts with the hotkey of SCIM program I use
for inputing Chinese. But even if I changed the hotkey of SCIM or turned
SCIM off, it still firmly refused to work.

Could anyone tell me how to deal with this. Apparently it's disappointing
without the templates function when doing the coding.

Please help me. Thanks.

Mark

Hi Mark,

Note that on some locales (zh), the default key binding for content
assist is Alt+/. Anyway, you can change the key sequence on the "keys"
preference page.

Hi, Tom

Thanks so much.

The key combination alt+/ simply works. I really appreciate.
