Import WAR-file does not work?!? [message #296944]

Hello,

under Eclipse (Version 3.1.0 Build Id: I20050627-1435), menu File->Import I
can choose

WAR file

to import a Web Archive

If I select 'WAR file' and click 'Next' nothing happens. No windows comes
up, nothing.

What is wrong? Does this function ot work?

From which plugin comes this feature?

Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
