I can no longer edit any file. When I open the Java editor for any of my
program files, it will open and diplay as normal with a blinking cursor.
However, no keyboard input is processed. When I click on the file, its title
will gray out and the interface will almost freeze. All menus stop working
and keyboard input is not processed. All I can do is select another file in
the tree view, and then I can close the file with the red cross in the gray
title.
I did nothing special, Eclipse did not crash before, and I did not import
new files.
Guess: Some configuration file is wrong. Since I did a lot of editing
yesterday, I do not want to go to a backup of my project. I could start
deleting configuration files, but I do not know, which.
This is really the sort of thing that should not happen.
Any hints!
