And after 50-150MB of downloads, you'll have a JSP editor. ;-}

You might want to try NitroX at http://m7.com. Only 42MB and still free.

WTP has a JSP editor (and debugger, I think).
What is the problem?

I don't know what you are talking about, but the JSP capabilities of WTP
1.0M2 include all of those things. See here:
