Type /** and <cr> in front of a method which is not a
getter,setter,constructor or overiding method. The javadoc tags aren't
inserted.

The overriding method template seems a little odd as well but that's
less important to me. I searched the bug database and there are numerous
Javadoc bugs a few that even seem related. Any how anyone else seeing this?
