automatically pop up console view [message #274992]

Hi,
I have my own perspective with several views.
If I launch some process that uses console,
console view automatically pops up. But this is
what I DO NOT want. There is no placeholder
defined in perspective for this view. Is there
any way how to get rid of this "feature"?

Milan,
There are preferences which are on by default. You can turn them off.
On Window/Preferences/Run Debug/Console/
"Show when program writes to standard out" and "Show when program
writes to standard err"
