Is there something special that I need to do to get Eclipse to work?

Hi Edwin,

You can open a bug report against Platform / SWT and paste the stack trace.
We've seen issues that apparently are related to VMs on this platform. Not
sure if that's your case.
In the future, you can ask AMD64 questions onto the SWT newsgroup.
