Numpad Enter key in OS X [message #271714] Wed, 24 June 2009 07:17 Go to next message

I'm sorry if this question has been posted before, but I searched the
group and couldn't find anything.

Is there *any* way of getting the numpad "Enter" key to produce a newline
in the Eclipse editors, in OS X? As far as I can tell, the key does
absolutely nothing, and I'm used to having it work like the "Return" key
when editing text.

Thanks!

Cheers,
Sérgio

I see the same thing in other OS X applications, like TextEdit,
Terminal, and Pages.
Are you using a Mac keyboard, or a PC keyboard? I use a PC keyboard and
notice the same thing. Before entering a bug, we should determine if a
Mac keyboard exhibits the same behavior.
