SWT is part of the Platform project (http://www.eclipse.org/platform/)
and is thus included in the Ganymede update site
(http://download.eclipse.org/releases/ganymede). That site should
already be in your list of Available Software sites, and "Eclipse
Platform" is found under the Enabling Features category.
If you want non-release builds (milestones, integration builds, etc)
then see this page for those update sites:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_Project_Update_Sites

Hope this helps,
Eric

What happened :

I follow your instruction in the pop up window :
I put the checkbox, Ignore feature not applicable in this environment

Name : SWT source and binary
URL : http://download.eclipse.org/releases/ganymede

Update

Search Result
X NAB/MWT for Linux GTK (0.9.9.200806181757)
operating system does not match current environment.

What do I do now?
I cannot find where is NAB?

Perhaps, I am expecting only SWT updates.
You suggested the entire platform update sites and
I am supposed to find SWT among them and put the check box
on it. ( check the only the appropriate platform previous but
it shows now NAB/MWT for Linux GTK operating system does not
match current environment. ) There is 177 items but I cannot
find a file said SWT. Is it another name?

Following is the pop-up window Updates:

SWT Binary and Source

+ Graphical Editors and Frameworks

+ Models and Model Development

+ Programming Languages
+ Remote Access and Device Development
+ SOA development

Would you please let me know where the heck is SWT?

Let's take a step back: what are you trying to accomplish? If you are
running Eclipse, you already have SWT. So it's not clear to me what is
your goal...

It is simple.
I want to download the latest "swt.jar" from

Help > Software Update

instead of download for the website

http://www.eclipse.org/swt/

and click stable -> window.
I am not talking about the pre-installed packages in eclipse

*-> org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32.x86_3.3.3.v3349.jar
*-> org.eclipse.swt_3.3.2.v3349d.jar

but, swt.jar

I hope this could be clear -

Let me clear this for you once again,
What I want to accomplish is : swt.jar file to be
able to download and update from

Help > Software Update,

"swt.jar" file, once again not the org.eclipse.swt*.jar files at
eclipse/plugins folder. Was it misunderstanding point?? I hope so.
Please let me know, if any. thanks in advance.

The Software Update tool is not used to download JARs as you are
describing. It is used to install Features (and the plugins that they
contain) into the running Eclipse.
What do you want to do with swt.jar?
