I suspect it will happen today. There are problems with security
certificates. In the meantime you can use I20090129-1800, which is M5
but without the new splash screen.

Still not on http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/.

I'm waiting for the new and noteworthy as much as eclipse itself, so i
can't download a "Stream Integration Build" :)

3.5M5 is being uploaded right now.
