Changing default External Tools Configuration [message #266208]

I'm trying to change the default External Tools Configuration. Every time
when I'm using an Ant target the first time some configuration items are
wrong adjusted like Runtime JRE (different from the project JRE) and some
other configuration items.

Is it possible to preset a custom configuration?
