Breakpoints Not Highlighted in Editor when Remote Debugging though stack
trace is fine and debugger does stop at the Breakpoint?

Did you check your error log?

I find this happening very frequently in 3.0 (but not in M9 or even, RC3),
and it appears to be due to getting errors fetching the stack frame.
(Although it manages to display the backtrace).

This and a couple other bugs introduced into the final release are driving
me nuts.
