Does anyone know how he solved it or how can I get his contact?
Regards,
JN

Same problem here:
http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/cross-project-issues-de v/msg01833.html
I won't try to install a new version, it does not seem to have solved it.
Does anyone have an answer on this?
Tx,
JN

This seems to be a bug currently open:

Is it really the same? I suggest to upgrade to 3.3.1.1 or even 3.4 RC1
and check whether this fixes the issue.
Also, you can enable some tracing options:

There is an open bug regarding this issue:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=110916

I stopped having the problem and today restarted having it. :-(
Downloading a new version (3.3.2) and using a blank project also has the
same problem: cursor keys and backspace do not work - altough Ctrl+cursor
or Alt+Shift+cursor DOES WORK and the latter selects paragraph, so it not
really a key issue.
Doing a trace, a simple cursor key gets prompted in the trace window, but
there is not an action for the event...

What other plugins are you using? Do you see any errors/warnings about
keybinding conflicts in the .log?

You can try starting Eclipse with these flags for more debugging options
and logged output:

-consolelog -clean -debug -console -noexit
