You can do two things:
1. set your configs to be shared (see the Common tab for any launch
configuration).
Once the configs are shared they are stored within the workspace are
will "move" with the workspace or can be managed via your favortie
repository.

2. Copy the files to your new workspace. All of your launch files can be
found at:
....pathToYourWorkspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.debug .core\.launches\
simple copy these files and place them in the correct directory of your new
workspace.
