Hi,

I try to build eclipse 3.4 on winxp.
I am using ant1.7.0 and jre1.6.0 as instructed:
1. Add the Ant bin directory to PATH.
2. Set the JAVA_HOME=d:\jdk1.6.0.
3. Set the ANT_HOME=d:\ant1.7.0.
And run the build command
build -os win32 -ws win32 -arch -compilelibs
But the building is failed. Who has successfully build it? Please help
me. Thank you in advance.

Allen

Hi, Allen. I would recommend posting this to the eclipse.platform
newsgroup,
since it has nothing to do with the JDT.

Also, it will help if you can explain what failed, what troubleshooting
steps you
have attempted so far, etc. There are some good hints on how to help people
help you at http://catb.org/%7Eesr/faqs/smart-questions.html .
