BIRT 2.1.2

We have a report which takes 10 mins to render the results. When one of
our client tries to connect to our server and run this report they always
get java.net.SocketException Timeout error after every 5 mins. Wondering
is there any setting on the browser or somewhere causing this. Any insight
would be highly appreciated.
