I tried to post this in a thread I already started, but it won't let me
for some reason.

1) Hot Code Replacement has suddenly stopped working for me. I used it
last Friday, but today when I change, save, and rebuild plugin code that
I'm working on nothing happens in the runtime workbench. Any ideas?

2) How do I make the runtime workbench start faster? I've heard that I
should remove plugins I'm not using, but how do I do that?

You can control what plugins are launched from the launch configuration
dialog (Run > Run...). The Plugins tab lets you choose which plugins you
want. Also, unchecking the "Clear configuration area before launching"
in the Configuration tab is also likely to speed up your launches.
