I don't understand what the key to getting this to work in Jetty is....
I stopped using the birt.war, that seemed futile...
I put the birt-viewer folder in the webapps directory, I put my report
file in the birt-viewer folder. I put the Oracle jdbc jar files in the
same location, and I still get "Cannot load JDBC Driver". It seems that
the key step of how to configure the web app to get access to my jdbc
drivers is missing from the set up documentation. Can someone please
provide me with this vital information.
Note that I tried setting the BIRT_RESOURCE_PATH in the web.xml file,
but that seemingly had no effect.
I can run the test.rptdesign just fine.

That got me past this. I did not see this documented anywhere, I must
have missed it, but I would like to suggest that this be configured
outside of BIRT, now I have to maintian these jar files in 2 locations,
the standard jetty lib directory for my web apps, and now here for BIRT.
