Open Workspace problem in 3.0M9 [message #251428]

When I use Open Workspace to change Eclipse working workspace it works fine.
When I launch an Eclipse workbench in debug mode, and try to use the
Open Workspace action in the runtime workbench I get the following Error
Msg box: Missing System Property, Unable to relaunch the platform
because the eclipse.vm property has not been set.
After I added the -vm argument to the launch configuration program
arguments, the current runtime workbench did shut down, but a new
runtime workbench was never started.

Any ideas?
