Hi,

I'm new to Eclipse and Java and I want to know if there is something like
a compilation in debug or release compilation mode and if so where do you
set that in your Eclipse project?

Thank you.

A MS-Visual C++ programmer.

Look at the preferences of your project in the java compiler section.
You should find all the debug information to set the full debug mode
(line, vars and source), none or flavour of the three.
By default, source and line are enabled.
