Hi,

I am looking for an example that shows how to create table columns
dynamically. Can someone please point me to a good example.

The example of crosstab report design:

1, you should create a dataset.
2, create a cube with the dataset. In cube builder, you should create at
least one dimension and one measure.
3, drag a crosstab into layout
4, drag a dimension from cube(in data explorer) into crosstab's row area
or column area
5, drag the measure from cube into crosstab's detail area
6, preview

I hope this simple steps can help you create a simple crosstab, after that
you can be more familiar with the useage crosstab and create more complex
crosstab as you want.
