and read/post to the newsgroup: eclipse.technology.epf

and possibly join the mailing list:
https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/epf-dev

and eventually get the source code:
http://www.eclipse.org/epf/composer_dev_guide/cvs_setup.php
