org.eclipse.draw2d is part of the GEF or Graphical Editing Framework.

How to get it.

I recently used the Software Updates->Find and Install.
Start with Help->Updates->Find and Install
Then Search for New..
Select the Europa Discovery site
Choose a mirror.
Select BIRT and click get dependencies or select GEF the Graphical
Editing Framework.
Barring that grab all the projects from the Discovery site and your sure
to get it.

Hope that gives you some direction.
