function beforeDrawDataPointLabel( dph, label, context );
to modify the TextImpl value of the label, it was working correctly.
From Birt 2.2RC2 it doesn't work anymore. It takes the old value of the
label and not the modified one.
Is it a bug or the chart engine takes an other value for the label?
