Eclipse User

I wish to show changes to model objects by a change in color to the
corresponding figure in viewer. I wish to do this one at a time thus
creating an animation. I have tried EditPart.refresh() after each change
but none of the changes are showing on view until all changes are made. Is
there something else I should refresh to create an animation? thanks
