Figure feedback dont snap during edit part creation. [message #242789]

Hi,

I have SnapToGrid feature implemented. So during a edit part drag, figure
feedback is snap to a grid.

However, the feedback on a creation (selecting a figure in the palette) is
not snap to the grid.

Any idea why ?
