Hi All,
Enablement does not seem to be available for object contributions. It looks
like there is a very old bug open for this
(<a href="https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=21534" >21534</a>), but
I wonder if someone can tell me a) It can be done, and I am looking in the wrong
place b) Vote for the bug, it's way down on our list.
It does not seem that this would be an unusual UI feature (to me at least)

Doh! Answered my own question: I was looking in the wrong place. Enablement
goes in the action, not the objectContribution...
