Is there a .jsp editor (with colour formatting) that I can use as a plugin
to Eclipse?
When I edit my jsp files, Eclipse spawns Notepad.

TIA

Just a few:
ColorEditor, EclipseColorer, SolarEclipse, Lomboz, etc.

Check out http://eclipse-plugins.2y.net/eclipse/plugins.jsp
and take your pick.

Sam.

MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench (http://www.myeclipseide.com) provides a full
stack of J2EE tools for Eclipse, including JSP editing and validation.
Native JSP debugging is slated for June release.

Bejy seems to be quite nice, it has code completion and error markers
like in normal .java sources.

Bejy is a great JSP editor. The author is one of the founding members of
the MyEclipse group. The most current version of the Bejy editor will
always be integrated into the MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench
(http://www.myeclipseide.com) with all the other J2EE development tools it
offers.
