I noticed birt 2.1.2 was out so I grabbed it. I tried looking for
release notes (telling what has changed / been fixed etc) in the runtime
download and at birt web pages, but could not find any. Where are they?

2.1.2 added no new features, but fixed bugs.
You can use the search on bugzilla to see what has been fixed.

We still may put together a document on the website detailing some of the
