I am having a problem with WST 3.0.1 where the enterprise application is
giving an error "Facet version for Enterprise Application project test
must be 5.0 to contain Java EE 5.0 project lib/Resources/freemarker.jar"
Where freemarker.jar is a generic jar. It is built for compatibility with
Java Version 1.2 and I do not see anything in the manifest to trip this
off.
The most vexing part of the problem is that I get this error on a Windows
install, but not my Linux install. If not for this error I would think
that the installs were identical. The workspace was copied from the Linux
install so I know that is identical outside of fixing paths.
So what is the differentiator in the jar to make it a Java EE 5.0 project,
or at least make eclipse think it is so.
