Hello,
I have two questions, I hope anyone can help me:

1. Viewing a Word document when it is checked out looks fine (in Navigator
View), but when I look in the same Word document in Repositories View it
is almost unreadable (containing unreadable characters). How can I make
the document in Repositories View look the same as in Navigator View?

2. Comparing two Word documents result in "First bytes differ at position
999". How can I make it a more user-friendly message?
