We have built 4 different dengue disease transmission scenarios (downloadable scenarios: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Sample_Projects_available_for_Download) using 3 different dengue disease models implemented in STEM. Details about these differential equation based dengue models can be found at our Journal of Theoretical Biology Paper (Hu.,et.al.,JTB 2013) and STEM wiki:https://wiki.eclipse.org/Dengue_Disease_Transmission_Model.
