National Language Support [message #210629] Fri, 12 March 2004 12:08 Go to next message

I have externalized strings for a plugin into a properties bundle that
resides in the same package/directory as the class that references it.
The properties file is named fred.properties and it sits in my plugin's
package directory com.nls.fred

What do i have to do in order to use the plugin fragment architecture to
hold translations of this properties file? Do i have to change any code
that accesses the bundles and in which plugin fragment directory should
the translated properties file be placed?

The doc seems to indicate you can do this, but I couldn't figure out how
to make it work.

Thanks.

So, it doesn't work?

What exactly?

The docs for fragment use the NL translation of strings as a use of
fragments as an example.

Help->Help Contents.search on "fragment". Should see a "German Fragment
Example"
