FYI, in recent 3.0 builds, FTP/WebDAV support has been changed. The Team >
Deploy menu options have been removed and you now need to use the Export
Wizard (File > Export). Once you export a project you can use the FTP or
WebDAV Deployments dropdown menu in the Synchronize view to update the site.
